MVS HOSTS

As most of you know we are getting closer to the day when our Vser's will arrive. The time has now come to start looking for host families. What does that entail?

We will need a family for each individual, as well as the spontaneous invite for the group on occasion. We
are not asking people to do both.

For example: If you would like to host a individual vser, this is what a host family would do. Two invites a month with your family, either for dinner or an outing. Someone in the family to sort of ask how things are going for them. If they seem to be concerned about something, would they want you to pass that onto us as the committee. So basically helping the person feel that they have someone to talk if need be.

If inviting the group as a whole would be what you would like to do, then here are some ideas for this.
-invites for special dinner's ie: Thanksgiving, Easter etc...
-invites for a weekend out of the city like a cottage.
-going on a picnic.
Anything that would be fun and relaxing for them.
